At NCRIB, empowering women is to give women the right of education, work, and trade, participate etc. Women can have equal right to participate in education, society, economy and politically anywhere in the country as well as the worldwide. Women’s empowerment can be defined to promoting women’s sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others under NCRIB.
